My pup broke his paw and we were able to be seen quickly. The staff is amazing, the care they provide is top notch. I felt like they viewed my pup holistically and weren’t just zeroed in on the paw. My pup has anxiety and is not very animal friendly and every time we went we were able to be seated separately or go right into our appt. We also got vaccines updated here. Zero complaints. Would highly recommend.

We recently adopted Bailey, a shelter rescue dog, from the Eagle River Humane Society. A fecal exam indicated hookworms so we booked an exam at the Northwoods Animal Hospital in Eagle River. We couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was friendly, patient and efficient. Dr. Mark gained the confidence of Bailey by slowly introducing himself to her and giving her treats. He fully explained a treatment protocol and saw to our every need. I highly recommend this animal hospital for all your animal medical needs.

Best care available! Staff is compassionate and caring, willing to go the distance. Our dog was hit by a car and could have lost his leg, the Doctors did everything they could to help him and were able to save the leg without additional surgery. He is back to normal, happy and active. I highly recommend them for any pet.

My husband and I recently switched to Northwoods Animal Hospital. We have been very pleased with the service our pets have received. Two of our pets went in on separate occasions, and the clinic staff was diligent about calling and checking in on them both multiple times. We also enjoy how personable each staff member was and how affectionate they were with our pets.
